Same thing happened to me with this player, but I didn't bother posting my own brq on him, since no one is around to punish these individuals from ruining. Someone else in the game did post brq though as cited here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=139134&hilit=amodeo#p537504

172 ban requests. I don't blame these players for breaking the rules because it seems ENT gave up on caring. It's like if people began robbing banks and police officers simply ignored them. Why wouldn't they break the rules?

Well it seems like the ban durations weren't long enough. If I were admin I would ban people for at least a week minimum to begin. You throw/dont teamplay 1 week ban. Destroy items? 3 week ban then we'll see how long they act up. Unfortunately it seems like dota 1 war3 is dying so time to move on to Dota 2. If only someone can make 6.82 in Dota 2 now that I would play.
