if you want to find the problem [then find a solution to the problem] then youll need to visit your 'Event Viewer'
to locate you 'Event Viewer' just google it and google shall guide you. you also need the time of it crashing.
If by any chance you go ahead and try this and have no idea what is going on [note: it is abit complicated at first]
then feel free to pm me here or discord and i shall guide you thru the discord 'Screen Sharing'.

Yes, im trying but i dont know why warcraft 3 close it automaticly for exemple, on BattleNet i cant in, say ''you are temporaly restricted for this server''
