Just to piggyback on this, as the other teammate in this game, GhostModeTv was a completely uncooperative teammate. He did exactly the opposite of what team said in every situation. Even said he didn't care if he's banned because it's easy to create new name. He wasn't ignorant or new, he was just someone who refused to play with team.
