This guy normally !ignore all of his teammates from start when anyone talk about him. Very hard to communicate and always struggling to ask him to join team fight

Denied, playing bad or having a bad game/score is not game ruining... unless he was intentionally throwing or refusing to cooperate. I don't see any evidence of that.
