I'd take a second look at the page you grabbed those rules from. Those are the dota in-house rules. You were in a public lobby not an in-house game.

The enemy team told you this was bannable and you continued to use it with sticky napalm afterwards. Please refer to the Game Ruining Rules number 4 on ENT wiki rules page. Can you copy and paste me the rule you violated from here? Do you understand now and won't do it again in the future?
