He's gonna have a preetty long ban .

1) over 150 gmaes and 400 elo, I know elo shouldn't be a judgement point but I've watch some of his other game, he just can't improve .
2) for this game he tower dives twice in é mins then stay afk between tower 1 and 2.
3) he has already been banned for game ruining .
