The ban is effective until 2 Feb 2019 07:23:52 AST. Not sure if anything can be done as the IP applies to the other player. At minimum, I will need the account name you are currently using. You can make a new one if need be, but I need you to attempt to join a game and give me that username.

The IP you just posted from is not banned. You can play from there with no issues by the way. I am not sure I can unban the IP because the person banned often uses it. Let me talk to Merex and get back to you.
