Teal ignored purple so purple couldn't read when to send. By the time you're sending, purple is telling you guys not to send so you can send 31 instead. Seems like just a miscommunication here. Teal also doesn't type anything in response after you tell him that purple told him not to send. It seems like you were unsure what to do as well so if it were up to me, I would deny this because it was a lack of communication from you, teal, and purple that caused this. For reference, if you're going to send, you should get all teammates involved first. Especially since teal ignored purple, purple was all out of loop with everything that you and teal were planning. I know you stated, "send 30 if buff" but I thought purple gave you guys enough time to reconsider sending level 31 and you yourself were unsure which side to take/sent 30 because teal didn't respond at all.
