Add wc3connect to the exception site list

I believe this is the URL you need to add: http://127.0.0.1:8333/

If this doesn't work, try using the .exe file instead of the .jar

You can't use the newest patch 1.34 with wc3connect. You must use version 1.30.1 from the link above.
