Timeline that I've repeatedly asked sniper to group with team since we knows he keep going into lane and die. He also refused to learn his mistakes.

Any further thoughts:
Sniper refuses to group up for a push, and I've told him multiple time that we've all the preparation to push. Bara has been focusing all games, because he knew that sniper always alone.
Sniper also used the !ignore command as indicated that he does not care 1 slight bit about team-work in the early game.
Sniper also pointed out that I was bullying/threatening him. This is a false accuse, I've already told him multiple time that we're going for a group push and we need him to play as a team, but he keep refusing. His own teammates is trying to help him out, but he refuses as you saw in timeline (23:43).
He doesn't learn his mistake by going in lane alone and not group with the team.
For the whole 5 minutes, I've asked sniper to group for a push, but he doesn't seem to care Therefore, his intention is clearly obvious that he refuse to stick with group for a push.
