LTD Tourney 1v1 date?

Hi, i'd like to know if you guys would like to play a 1v1 ltd tournament.. so I can organize..
modes: -sdgmcb (can be changed by suggestions)

1v1 would be funny, but I would prefer a 2v2 or 3v3 tour instead cyber, if not for anything else, but to give you less games to host.

Though 1v1 is funny, sd is extremely imbalanced, especially in 1v1.Even if you do a best of 3. pal v a choice between undead and hybrid, and you're fucked unless sick luck with hybrid.


edit: 1 tour doesnt have to exclude another, how about 1 1n1 tour and 1 2v2/3v3 or 4v4 tour?

Suggestion regarding modes:
1. play without mm so people who mh wont get an advantage?
2. decide if u want merc or not

Which time do you have in mind ? I'm at gmt+1 so hope its not at late north america evening time, which would mean in the wee hours of the morning here, 5-7 am.

How about hosting it at 21-23 gmt +1 time, thats like north america afternoon time

leadership, teamplay and ability to judge the situation more important

What central do you mean? CET? Central European Time? Central Time (US)? or maybe (AU)? or probably Central African Republic?! O.o

I do, the guy who plays a final game is there just because of luck??? nah.. he is there because of skill. so yea, he is the best player!
btw.. your team can have the best player and still lose the tournament 4v4 because the best player is not the best team.

I think the best player will be the guy to survive all the games.. doesn't matter what mode is set..
Also, I'm thinking.. maybe a random mode could be fun for you?

Sick idea!!! Always wanted a 1v1 tourney. I'm back from my vacation so I'll be able to play . sd would be interesting, because it is random and as other players said it can be an advantage to some ppl depending on the roll. Personally I would like to see hpgm - hybrid. Although hybrid race is random, it will determine your skill on how well you can manage your tower (luck) with income. I'm open for other picks though and regardless of what you decide to pick, I'll still enter the tourney. Hope to see all the LIHL players and all the players from the previous 3 tournies.


P.S. Cyber.....I would love to see you in the tourney. Haven't seen you play LTD in ages!

Edit: I do like your idea of random modes. and no.....I don't think you need to tell us in advance, because we should be prepared to play any mode/race.
