Any further thoughts: So here is the situation. Enemy team is much stronger and better playing than us. Our mid and bot raxes have already fallen. Right before the enemies push for top rax - gondar (Astros) manages to die together with another teammate (forgot who) at the top river area (so far from base!!! knowing that enemies have gem). The two other allies die trying to save them or what. So basically whole team dead, enemy team is much stronger pushing top and I'm the only one alive at base. I'm waiting at fountain until my team revives (if enemies see me - I'm dead in like 1-2 seconds, they have gem too). Astros goes like (when he said that he will submit - I assumed he meant I was breaking some rule, which is exactly why I'm writing this report):

There was also a similar thing in the beginning of the game. Basically I was laning with eza, and he kept pushing enemy creeps up to the tower, and I couldn't farm. So at min 6, being still level 3 with almost 0 cs, I decided to go mid and wrote about it in chat:

I might be wrong, it could be a misunderstanding. But if its not - please do some work with this admin, remind him of the rules etc. And tell him not to let his feelings let him control so easily.

I am missing the part of where I deceived you about the rule. You were at the fountain while other players were still trying to defend. This is besides the fact that you chose to do your own thing for the better half of the game.
You're also having an incorrect recollection of what actually occurred. I was at the secret shop and heading to the base but because the other team had wards, they spotted me.

It's also incredibly convenient you mislead the actual situation. My reference to you "ruining" was to stop trolling. This is based upon the following:

Techies states he was heading bot. You head bot as well so we had three at bot. You then go top, complain about not getting any farm, and try to go mid when you are clearly underleveled vs a Tiny who could easily kill you with a toss/avalanche combo. So within a span of five minutes, you decided you want to go to three separate lanes.

This is nothing more than him being spiteful because of his poor gameplay and the team calling him out for it.

What are you talking about lol, that's exactly what I said. You died in the area of top river. It doesn't matter where you were coming from and what you were doing. You died right before enemy's final push, and the rest of the team died shortly after.

Okay, another moderator can go verify:

43:00 slark leaves the base. SK is still there trying to defend. Slark is at the secret shop while SK manages to lower Drow's HP to 600 and Destroyer's HP to 300. Slark was nowhere to be found in any of this as he, for the majority of the game, was far more interested in doing his own thing.

46:00, techies and SK are still trying to defend/play. Meanwhile, Slark is just hanging around the fountain typing instead of playing.

Please watch the replay again. If 2/3 players are still defending, what makes you think you should sit in the fountain and type words instead of playing the game?

If another moderator wants to verify the gameplay of this slark, please do so. You will notice that he is purely playing on his own terms and does not play with the team's interest in mind. Granted, the reason we lost was primarily due to our heroes (which is why I stated to him before he chose Slark to select Earthshaker) but he refused to listen and again, decided to do his own thing.

And about those quotes you provided at 43 and 46 min... Like what are you even talking about. You WERE IN THAT GAME, how can you quote bullshit like that? Telling me to go defend against 5 with techies and sk? Are you in your mind? I better give rax, but wait till whole team revive. We barely had any chance in a 5v5 fight. I would only go suicide if those 2 seconds by which I could delay rax - would actually mean something.

And you just made me watch the replay. True chronology of things:
42:25 I started watching, gondar (Astros) dies outside of base near secret shop. 3 allies dead at this moment. Techie and ezalor in base. Zero mines.
42:37 Tiny blink-ganks ezalor, ezalor dead in 2 seconds.
42:45 Techie literally walks up to 5 enemies alone and gets killed. Around this moment I (slark) and sand king revive. Techie and eza who dies literally seconds ago - could've waited, then it would be 4 of us vs 5. But they decided to die one by one.
43:03 At this moment only I and sand king alive. Rest of allies dead with 50 second timer. Enemies already raxed mid and starting to rax bot.
43:15 Enemies just finished bot rax. Sand king ulty and blinks into enemies. Catching them unexpected. I was thinking it was irrational to go into 5, because even if we kill 1 or 2 - at the end both me and sand king would be dead and enemies could easily mega creep. At this moment I was around secret shop. I was thinking that when enemies retreat - they might split, and then I can gank.
43:19 Sand king dead. He stayed alive for 4 seconds. He did deal good damage with his ulty which caused enemies to retreat.
43:36 All enemies retreat via mid lane, but rylai retreats via secret shop - they split just like I expected.
43:43 I gank and kill rylai. She is dead.
45:19 Astros (gondar) gets ganked and killed. Its funny how it all happened, as now I watched his every step. So basically he starts in our jungle - kills some creeps there. Then goes invis and goes towards enemies creeps at secret shop (this is while rest of our team is in base or near base and enemies have gem). He starts farming creeps at enemy secret shop, and shortly after spectre approaches. He starts fighting, then tiny shows up, gondar starts running, but gets killed shortly after. This is how Astros died right before enemy's final push, while we only had top rax alive.
45:27 Ezalor for some reason goes to river where gondar just died. Goes alone, gets spotted and dies in 1.5 seconds.
46:22 Sand king again ulties and blinks into 4 enemies, deals some damage but dies extremely fast. Techie suicides as spec tries to gank him. In an instance, I'm the only one alive. Enemies attacking rax, and nearest ally alive in 26 seconds. If I delayed enemies by 2 seconds - it wouldn't do much. Best bet was waiting for at least some teammates to revive and try to save throne.

No point to review further. During every push from enemies for rax - Astros (gondar) was dead. And every time he died in a .... so to say ... noob way. Screenshot attached.

Yes you should've been. I don't know what's wrong, but its in the rules, and rules should be obeyed by everyone. Especially admins. I've seen people getting banned for breaking this rule before, you weren't such speechful there though.

Would like to clarify that Astros did not break any rules saying that. With or without context, there's always going to be a player that says "report or i ban" "reported" "go help team or ban" but doesn't actually hold any weight beyond it.

That being said, I don't really see a point in having this ban request pursued any further as I don't see any deceiving of any kind. Reference EoC's post regarding where the rule in question falls under.
