Well first of all, he nukes for 600 at level 6. The reason he lost mid is because he ran up and mana drained me, and kept mana draining me as I killed him.

The most mid-dominating hero in this ver is Rhasta btw.

R0 is set to true to double the amount of gold received passively.
Sets a tech to level 1 for both computer-controlled players so weaken the towers by a certain amount
The rest of the lines set Handicap to 1.5. Handicap makes you receive extra XP.

So EM mode makes you gain 50% more XP than normal (1.50 x normal)
This applies to kills of normal creeps. I do not believe it applies to hero kills and bounty rune collections since those are triggered exp and do not go through the xp handicap.
Basically since it applies to everyone equally, it serves to make the game faster paced.

I won't pretend i understand what that code means because i don't. However i did host 2 single player lobbies on -em and the other non-em where i killed the first creepwave on both in the midlane. Both times i ended up being just over level 2 with at total of 227exp. Either way extra exp or not lion is not a mid hero he has a very strong power spike at level 2 when he has 2 disables which makes him a very strong level 2 hero when coupled with +1 hero. Sniper on the other hand has better power spikes than lion pre 6 at every single level up. Vastly better attack animation, better range more which all leads to a better laning stage. If both players are equally skilled and the mid lane being a 1v1 matchup sniper will out cs/ out levelup lion 100 percent of the time easy mode or not. Im not sure what ur defition of winning mid is but do tell.

I will experiment soon. I am very sure you gain extra XP on EM but it's worth trying out.

Sniper has one of the lowest base attack damages in the game. Around Techies and SF. He has no skills to CS with early game like SF/Storm do. He is very vulnerable to harassment before he skills his range.

Attack animation is far more superior than attack damage early on especially when its only around 10 damage difference. Also you are expected to start with a wraith band to have around 50 damage at level 1. Sniper has on of the easiest time csing at level early game due to his near instant attack animation. Shrapnel and headshot allow u to completely dominate lion everytime he even thinks about csing/harrasing. Shrapnel is a decent farming tool. Headshot helps aswell since its got like a 40 percent proc chance. He might be vulnerable to ganks but unless its a leshrac/lina with the creeps at her hill sniper outtrades almost everyhero in the midlane and he is super punishing if u over step even just a little bit with 3 shrapnel charges he can solo kill u as early as 3.

To be fair, you tend to have a much easier time as the sniper that's picked every game when you're in the same team as the sb that's also picked every game.

Btw storm is the best sniper counter. Mort is 2nd. Two carries who can instantly close the distance to sniper, nullifying his range.
