Minimal does not equal no violation. Simply plays into ban duration. Ban dodging for example would be a major violation and warrant a different result.

Well, the votekicks didn't pass so no harm done = minimal.

With that being said, there was no legitimate reason behind it. Banned 1 day for vk abuse.
