Violated Rule(s): After several attempts to kick orange out, mega or BBQTV didnt want to kick our afk player. We tried to votekick him 3 times, but mega or BBQTV wanted an easy game with 1 afk on our team. nicolaandbart and yoda did both attempt to kick our afk'er, but the other to guys really wanted the free elo, so didnt accept to kick him.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Around wave 15 to 17.
Any further thoughts: They dont know what fair play is, even tho we said just kick him and we play on.

Bump for the one who afked. Votekick is a vote and thus shouldn't be bannable if you choose not to vote.

@pyrosha you should take a read on the rules if you wanna keep commenting on these sections, refusing to votekick a person whos clearly rulebreaking/ruining the game is bannable.

In that case I will start flooding the ban request forum with ban requests where people refuse to kick TK. I assumed it needs to be evident beyond reasonable doubt but apparently ain't so.

Refusing to !votekick someone who is AFK is ban-able. Considering that player never said anything for over 5 minutes, there's enough evidence he was afk.

mega and BBQTV banned 2 days for refusing to VK.
Imheretowinthis banned 3 days for AFK.
