Any further thoughts: This guy rage quit after losing his lane mid. In addition, he repeatedly flames other players in both lobby and game chat. I'm happy to provide evidence of the ladder, but this game shows clear game ruining behavior. His official excuse for leaving the game was because his teammates wouldn't share him his chick (which they're not obligated to do so), but if you really watch the game, he's triggered bc he lost his lane, and therefore leaves the game and ruins it for everyone.

Given this guy's habit for excessive flaming, I don't see why he doesn't get banned until his behavior changes.

And, if not for the flaming, the rage quit / game ruining + false vote kicking surely deserves a ban.
