Any further thoughts:
Just underbuilt lvl 3 to kill his lane although he could add enough. He ended up selling all units although he got huge feed at warrior send lvl 1. This was in no way agreed to by the team and his premature suiciding was preventing our holding lanes from taking any bounty from mid leaks, thus serving only enemies with kinggold.
He also didn't solo sent lvl 12 for some reason.

Yes, we won that game. Due to our carry... He really trys defend his play... Thats a joke. Just take a short look at the replay plz.. And dude.. What about the game i requested u for btw? That 1 we didnt won and u tket maybe even more than here.. So if u say it doesnt matter if i didnt follow rules and tket here because we won there is another request online u game ruined and tket which we lost..

He did build on level 3 and was asking which units hold which rounds.

lvl 12: solo sending

He solo-sent 3 militia level 12, which did not impact the game in any way whatsoever, you are just trying to pad your ban report.

lvl 5: selling all units

He did sell all of his units level 5 without any communication with the team or agreement.
