Racism is any generalisation that treats a whole race or nation as lesser, stating they should be persecuted or have lesser rights. Saying I don't like arabs is not racism, its personal attitude and preference. Saying we should ban arabs, we should expell them, they shouldnt be able to vote or have equal rights is racism. Saying he is "alergic" to arabs is his personal attitude, not racism. Saying they are such "nasty" people kinda is racism, because its a qualification aimed towards whole race/nation. If he said our ltd arabs are "nasty" and "no manner" people, he would actually still be within his personal preference limits. Its kind of a borderline case in my opinion, should be warned maybe.
