Time of Violation (in-game or replay): He starts spamming at minute 8 and never stops the entire game, made a !timestamp in chat as example but it lierally goes from start to finish. In between the ignore command spam he abuses votekick against various players aswell.
Any further thoughts: We all told him to please stop but he would not listen, spamming commands is especially annoying since even ignore wont help against your screen getting clustered. This guy already has a massive amount of bans for similar offenses, usually Mass pinging seems to be his thing, which he did a couple of times this game but not tooo excessive.

Met this guy again in anther game, well atleast another Lobby.
He disrupted the start of the game for a long time by joining and leaving lobby last second for 10+ times.
Dunno whats his problem but he is malicious af.

I was in the same lobby and saw him do it. He continued doing it despite numerous request for him to stop.
