He picks refraction as first skill, uses it pointlessly in base while running around with no purpose. He is late to lane, and uses refraction pointlessly en route to lane again.

In game lobby I say "cya purp", implying he is going to dodge like he always does when the game is not stacked in his favour.
He then says "wanna troll?". Game starts ten seconds later. I take one final jab at him during countdown by saying "wanna run?".

Last few times I played against this player I pissed him off by talking trash. To me, the last thing he said before game start suggests he's now going to have his revenge. If I wanna troll with shittalk, he's now going to troll me back with game ruining. That'll show me!

The repicking of drow must've been some kind of ruse. Nobody ever does that; it was a pick, not a random. By doing that he can now pretend he wanted to play Lanaya to begin with (she's next to drow in tavern), and simply misclicked. Then when others tell him lanaya is glitched, he can claim he can no longer repick. There have been plenty of lanaya abusers in the recent months, and I don't believe for a second that this player (with over 500 games) wasn't aware she's glitched.

This was the last game he played on this account, after playing on it for at least several months. The very next day there is a new account from Colombia exhibiting same behaviour (mostly plays stacks, picks a lot of void, pl, weaver, leaves lobbies frequently). The account is Tolito.

This suggests the player was quite aware that he broke the rules.

If you insist, I will look through the games of matamarranos2 and find a lanaya crash other than the one he caused. But I would bet money that he knew exactly what he was doing.

He definitely knew of the bug and he 100% picked TA on purpose. Was curious and looked a bit through his games history and check this out:
