Between minute 6-8 replay time. This game was from months ago but let's test the credibility of decision-making regarding ban requests.

He is LC and farming neutrals. I'm coming to gank him after he was spotted near river with low hp. Instead of just continuing on to heal himself and kill the neutrals, he runs away as I am near him. He had zero vision of me going to his jungle nor is he smart enough to understand where players are in the map without maphacking. Also, he runs to the river for no reason after he had already tried to get the rune a few seconds prior so he obviously wasn't going there to get the rune. Who the hell runs to the river away from their base to escape a gank unless they knew they were getting ganked from that direction?

With his repeated history of maphacking on here, blatant dodging (using a Chinese proxy or VPN when he's obviously from Pakistan), and admitting to dodging, you have zero reason not to ban him.

We will generally review for maphack if we are provided fog clicks or multiple timestamps are provided within a single game that describe why you believe it is suspicious. We will not review an entire game to prove someone is using a maphack.

1) I'd prefer ifck to review the game instead as I don't think you know what to look for in these replays. To be totally honest with you, I do not believe you are qualified to review DotA replays judging by your recent handling of some ban requests. No disrespect but you've been far too detached from the game to know what to look for and you're too lazy that you copy/pasted a generic response rather than actually putting any effort to remove a MAPHACKER and DODGER from the game.

2) Key word you used was generally. Therefore, you can review it if you wish to. You're just not wanting to do it, hence, let ifck review it.

3) Very highly suspicious and inexcusable actions throughout multiple games would warrant a ban for maphack. Especially one that is very blatant. Multiple timestamps throughout a game is ridiculous. So someone can make a blatant maphack move every game and they're not going to be banned? That's like saying we won't arrest a thief as long as they only steal one item per day. Maphack is maphack. If it's blatant, they should be banned. And he was already reported previously for another very inexcusable and suspicious play but of course, it was denied.

Halo, please do your job accordingly. if you signed up to be a moderator, you should at least pretend that you are doing something.

So he's using a Pakistan and Chinese IP within an hour timespan. VPN/proxy's are not allowed. This was mentioned to you months ago but you have not banned him yet. If you won't ban for maphack, I've done your job (once again) and you should ban him for using a VPN/proxy knowingly.

Here are the rules. I suggest you re-read them again. It must be years since you actually last moderated anything so a refresher might help.

- at 2:27 doc came to him to gang and he did not back (wasn't that hard gang who deserve to back)

- at 4:51 i agree the move is weird, my only problem here is the "time", at 51/52 he is usually pulling creeps so the question ... is he backing for you because of maphack or backing to pull creeps? actually he did not see you at 51 but at one sec later when he started to run, we saw you, so i don't know if at start of backing he was going again at rune (who's obviously maphack because he checked it 30sec before) or going just to pull creeps. It's hard to ban him on that move.

For the VPN used, i let halo and unitil take a look at it.

Doc had no way of killing him and he knew that. Low level and because he was about to finish the last neutral creep, witch doc had zero potential to kill him with no bounceback stuns.

If you check the previous times he pulled that camp, he never pulls them towards the river. He pulls them towards his side of the jungle - not to the river. Who the heck pulls creeps towards the river?

This is 100% maphack, man. I know you and no_rules are cool with him but judging by his history for maphacking and very suspicious plays that a low level player like himself is unlikely to make, it's no longer about whether he is maphacking but whether you guys will decide to start banning maphackers.

Also, you and I both know you can't pull creeps at the 50 second mark. He was obviously running away from getting ganked and killed.

Yes, if he didn't maphack, why would he openly state that he was caught for maphacking?

There is zero integrity going on here. No_Rules/Pay don't get banned despite afking for 12 minutes. If that was Pegase/G1mly playing in your game afking for 12 minutes while not picking a hero, you would have banned them for eternity. One guy afk's for a couple of minutes despite playing great for the entire game and he gets banned. SonGoku is blatantly maphacking and you know it but you won't ban because he's "pulling" creeps to the river despite the previous pulls, he is pulling towards the opposite direction. C'mon man, show some seriousness here. Okay, you won't ban him. That's fine. I'll just uninstall. You were provided with two hardcore evidences of maphacking (both you have been trying to deny isn't maphacking) and he has a history of maphacking. Yet, when you play, if someone ganks you with lothars, you call them a maphacker. Good luck with everything here. Please close this thread. I retract this ban request.

He was also already banned for maphacking and still played before his MH ban was finished so he was dodging.

Halo refuses to ban for dodging, using VPN/proxy, and maphacking. Ifck won't ban him but he sure as hell has no issue calling Frank a scripter, lol.

Honestly songoku's mh is so obvious and everyone knows it. But admins let him play because, sadly, he's a bad player even with mh. Saying he mhs is like trying to convince someone the sky is blue. But it's just sad seeing people straining to say the sky is in fact a shade of purple instead of admitting it because they don't want to lose a player lol.

Halo is so lazy. Takes a few seconds to dig up that game for him if he really wanted but he just posts nonsense generic comments. The replay is literally right there. He has a tool that can search up the game manually within seconds. I have no idea why he even comments on here if he doesn't even put any effort to doing anything.
