So first you ban me because i didnt ruin but i spend to much time in woods, in this game where i played with 4 npc
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=148199, i didnt find it fair, but so be it.

In this game https://entgaming.net/openstats/game/12235317/ you banned me because i did ruin by making 2 players getting out from farming woods, especially sniper who was our mid, lets say an honest ban.

But @Iambackk decide it once for all, maybe make a rule, how much time a player can spend in woods, who decide when and where to push, who decide who and where to defend, idk maybe the player whith highest elo should lead the team or something like that.

Because somehow i paid two times but in opposite situations, that`s i dont find fair since other players can spend a life time in woods till they get big and others if remain 5-10 min in woods and lose 2 team fights are getting ban.

I understand your appeal, this is sometime hard to decide, that's why i gave you very small ban.
When i solve a replay, i take everything in consideration.
Here, 1st replay, another admin with no experience would maybe said, okey he missed 2/3 important fights he will take 3 days ban.
I decided to give one day, taking in consideration the way you tryed to win when you pushed bot racks, but still if you joined before, you would win the game so this is one of the reason of why your team lost this one.

In 2nd replay, sniper is in your position (but not reported), and it's full early fights so it's not the same to miss "push fights at racks" and some mid game fights, and you decided to put sentries all spots (and that's the problem), here, believe me, if i did not solve this, you would take arround 3 to 5 days ban especially one day after the last report.

I agree with both of you guys.

I was in that game where Infero placed the sentrys just to pull out the other two players who farmed. To wake them up to be honest. He has a point about farming woods etc but on the other hand its not fair someone to ruin intentionally even if he is right to his arguments. You cant destroy a whole good game for one-two players if they are making bad moves and decisions. What about the other two ? i mean we were all in the same team and thats why i said in chat that we could have win this and tried to calm the things up. I still believed it till the end of the game. Ofc we had huge chance and we could end it earlier but that's Dota. It rellys on team mistakes and decisions to whoever wins. Everyday we play games that are 95% lost from many factors (heroes, players, discs, no focusing on game, flaming and losing control etc) but the games turned around in the end and the opposite.
No game is a secure win from start most of the times. And thats why we play it until now. So in my opinion, Infero had no bad intentions but he can easily get mad if things are not ok in game, being toxic at times and thats the only problem.

Ifck is also ok cause he understands and know the game as an admin/player better than everyone along with some other (few) pro players here so the best solution in my humble opinion is 1 day ban. At least for the 2nd game with the sentrys. Cause after that he played well and tried. He didnt sat at fountain sold items etc etc Jazzy had a point too to complain and posted the replay against Infero, i can understand that but after placing those sentrys he didnt do anything bannable.

Its Christmas and even Bobby still plays...so...lets lighten our hearts a bit. Shouldnt we ?

i am actually open for unbans guys, just waiting his last answer, i can't make things to easy everytime for unbans.
but nice statement godsavetheqqs.
Not banning him here mean if someone farm a bit to much, we just have to ward our wood ? so it's free for every behaviors in games, ho he is bad/feed so i'll destroy his items ?

I`m not asking for unban, but i think you should consider the way you ban players for more or less similar situations.
I admit that i should be banned in this sentryes game, i also lose my patience quickly and i flame and blame alot in most of the games, also can be bannable.
The point is, i`m not ruining on purpose, and even if i have bad games with negative score i always do my best.
On the other hand, and you know better than me, out there are some players that are joining with the purpose to ruin the game, but this is another story.
One day ban wont change nothing, i can live without dota.

okey, so all good then, go check my last 150 appeals solved and you will see how i consider the way i ban players for more or less similar situations, like pegase for months ban and bobby same and tigervessel or whoever was a big and known ruiners took instant 1 week then 1 month ban.
That's why you took 1 day 2 times, because you are not that guy.

@inf3ro its ok mate i m trying to do things slightly better in dota when we are palying. After all there's no more than 30-40 people max still playing. Including the well known ruiners and all the other community. So its a pitty and sad to being toxic and post bans against each other for a 25 year old game. I mean, we all are above 30 more or less right ? i m 41 personally.
All those years playing i literally had no time in game chat for flaming, toxicity, ff typing from 1st minute, low morality or even ruin (never ruined once on purpose) one of the best games out there. Cause Dota 1 for me is still one of the very best. It combines fun, skill, strategy, luck and relaxation at the same time. I dont care to even ignore the worst toxic people (not you) in game, allthough it affects my concetration badly when i play and costs me a lot of energy.

I'm a very calm person but i m not from stone either. I also get really frustrated and mad with all those shitty things but i have to move on and focusing on game not making things worse like talking/complaining/flaming the whole game against an ally or foe. Its not even fun anymore we are not 15 years old. Or at least i think so for the majority here.

Its ok and i like games with humor and some times even provocation to get things hot but at normal circumstances and respect above all.
And thats a reason i havent made a single post about banning someone here in forum. Ever. Nor have i made a new account or stats reseting. That doesnt making me a better player. ELO yes is important, show statistics of your gameplay but the player will remain the same even if he does 100 new acc if he doesnt really improve. Or he just cant for a reason or another. Or simply he doesnt want to because really Dota 1 isnt something important to him to be able to improve. I'm ok with that i can accept it (not like Jazzy), obviously i'm not a pro either. I m 900+ elo (for now)
and trying to be better in every way i can when the game starts.

We all know each other very well, plus -thank god- there are others (like @mk4r32 or @Astros) who have the time and strength to post if someone is ruining or dodging against the rules.

i got really furious against Bobby aka Rihanna (how many dodgy acc does he have ffs) and to be honest with you guys, i wont miss him if he gets a lifetime ban (he doenst want to learn or understand Dota he things he plays Farmville) but after a day i change my mind cause he is who he is.

Community on ENT must understand that we dont have the luxury of losing good-average-medium or even some times bad players (i'm not talking about consistent ruiners or mh'ers, for those i literally dont care at all) and we are lucky that @imbackk is generous as a mod and does think again and again before gives a perma ban even to those who ruin and dodging after several warnings... I read almost every post and i can see the attitude and the behaviour of players and moderators. And ifck is at least an open minded person and listens everyone for appeals and can reduce the bans if someone accept his mistake. After all its just a damn game.
