Any further thoughts: I have so many amazing games on ENT really man, g1mly is the only one who makes it feel like a 4v5 and just doesn't do anything. Respect to MikeJones hes great to but please @iambackk check this and other game where he is 0-7-0 in 40 mins game no help.

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Start of game. We both wanted mid, I ask him to roll for it, he refuses to roll. (I remember last game i was with him he had 13 deaths with 2 kills and did very little. So it's insane for him to ask for mid with a 2-8 avg. He just ignored me and blocked communication and said he would report me.

Any further thoughts: This guy is extremely terrible every game, he brings the game quality down so much. I have so many amazing games on ENT, that are very close and fun. but when im on same team as this guy, its always so bad. He always feeds horribly.

I'm not even going to bother watching as I've no interest if there's no proper timestamps.

Game #2

I did watch a good chunk of this just to review if the necro in-fact game ruined and this is what I found -

Necro plays a double mid into slark that ends up going 13/1 and is clearly ahead the majority of the game. Any and all time the necro makes effort to farm and join the fight(s) is met with either a slark flank, an LC flank, a spec flank or just overall caught between undying's ult or wd's ult. In other words, it's a tough game for a character like necro against that matchup.

The reason I outline this is because you're a DotA player, I expect you to know the repercussions of playing a character with virtually no defense against that sort of line up. Anyone would have difficulties, and in-fact this necro built euls to compensate being flanked by an early lothars slark.

Overall, I don't see any intentional game ruining here. When we staff measure game ruining as a whole, intent needs to play a large factor here. A necro in a difficult game that yes ends with a relatively negative k/d but still made efforts to team fight, to build item(s) like euls for countering, that's not game ruining to me. Does it mean the necro didn't perform poorly? Well, it's possible but that's not within the staffs' purview to judge.

All this being said, request denied.
