Desyn Detected

Hey. I have a problem.Some players drop randomly after game starts due to desync.

I'm pretty sure desyncs are caused by the map. Try to get the latest version of the map, or just test your luck and hope people don't desync.

As HolyBear said, desyncs are usually due to issues in the map or in your Warcraft III folder.

The way some maps are built, if you play other maps before them or after them (depending on the map) you can get desynced due to the way models and things are loaded. The best way to avoid this is to restart Warcraft III if you want to play another map that you know causes the issue. (Castle Fight is a big example of this. If you play Castle Fight, then try to play a different game, you usually desync or have other issues.) Some maps have visual glitches (black and pink block looking things all over the map where effects should be, etc.)

Another issue could be that you have other things in your Warcraft III folder then those intended by Blizzard. If you have add ons, map hacks, other files not created by Blizzard, it can cause issues with the games and cause desyncs, disconnections, Fatal Errors, crashes, etc.
