Situation: Votekick Abuse?
Why you should be unbanned: The guy is right when I votekicked him, but its because he wouldn't votekick the guy on the other team who they asked to us votekick when he wasn't playing anymore. Since he wouldn't kick him, I votevicked Memph1s, we votekicked the slacker on the other team, and the game progressed as normal. If he hadn't been such a dick I wouldn't of had to votekick him to votekick the guy on the other team.

I'm not exactly sure how to process these appeals, but here was his topic with the replay.

Trax wasn't feeding on purpose, thus the votekick was invalid. Plus, the second before draw re-spawned, the votekick was started - with which reason?

Every player has three minutes to afk, until it's either votekick-able or reportable. Votekicking Memph1s that early is completely unacceptable.

I don't forsee this going my way so I'll deal with the ban, I just don't understand how something can be votekick abuse when the vast majority of players in a game desire an outcome.

Because the kick has no valid reason.

Or is it ok for an admin to kick you because he thinks it's ok? A voting is a voting afterall, thus if someone doesn't vote to kick a player without a legit reason, it's completely fine.
