We are less strict with conduct during private hosting games, because we believe that the private hoster is in control there. That said, we do also discourage reasonless bans in such games and will look in to it. For now, just don't play with this player. Private bans only count in the games for the same hoster, so you can join other private games or any autohosted games still.
