Obviously ^^, I'm not trying to criticize you in any other possible way to bring your hopes down to be a DotA Moderator. I'm trying to help you out a bit, because you have reapplied THREE times and from my point of view you could of done A LOT better within your third application. By doing that you could of stated more ingenuous information to be brought upon your application. PROVE us that you can obtain as an Dota Moderator.
