Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): griefing from beginning so exclude that, min 14:30 kills his items, min 15 afk, 15 ward spam and dust spam (stopped watching replay at this point figured you take my word on the rest) , later on the game he buys couriers, even later he starts trying to vote kick me, they kill him and he comes back and feeds intentionally to make the game that much more fun.
Any further thoughts: Ban whoever didn't vote on their team I would like his punishment to be long considering how many rules he violated and the general game ruining he did. Granted I played pretty bad but they did have 4 stuns and a tank I did the best I could. Rhasta had lag so he was playing bad too no need to ban he was trying. Sven tried to kick he was fine but the rest need a ban for just not voting but the once.
