I cannot understand how a moderator can judge and make the sentence without a minimum of control and an approuval from another one. I see xxDragooonxx who makes ten or maybe 20 processed ban without any concertation. Is this your justice ??
Do you have a challenge of the most moderator wh makes the most bans???
It's a shame

Re: xxDragooonxx
It is clear that community members do not understand the rules governing moderators. Let me clarify some things for you.
For any normal ban request (ie, not map hack), a moderator may process the ban without input from other moderators.
For any ban 2 days or longer, a moderator is supposed to make and process a ban request so that an electronic "paper trail" of the ban exists in the open for community members to see. Moderators may process these ban requests themselves. The reason we allow moderators to process their own ban requests is because it is no different from processing a non-moderator's ban request -- that is, it only requires one moderator.
For map hack ban requests, a moderator may process and implement the ban on his own, but then must move the ban request into a sub-topic for further review by a second moderator. A second moderator may then confirm or deny the ban request. In the case of former, the second moderator then moves the ban request into the "Processed" sub-topic. In the case of the latter, the second moderator will unban the accused first and then move the request into "Processed."
ENT moderators are fluent in the rules and have shown good judgment and decorum both on the forum and in-game. If a moderator is found to be making unfair bans, that moderator will be removed from staff. We have a system in place for both appealing bans that are patently unfair and for hearing complaints against moderators. Most complaints are taken seriously, although many are made without merit.
We allow moderators to process their own bans for the same reason we allow them to process any bans: they are fluent in ENT's rules and have shown good judgment and decorum. We require confirmation for map hack bans due to the severity of the bans and the relative ease of making a mistake when evaluating fog-clicks or suspicious behavior. There is no such risk of error when evaluating other kinds of bans, such as intentional feeding or AFK griefing.
You should also note that we have an admin log which shows every ban/unban and !kick made by every moderator. Many moderators check that log vigilantly for signs of abuse by other moderators.
I personally think we should have a sticky in the complaint section detailing what is permissible for a moderator to do as a way of preempting community members and cutting down on the number of frivolous complaints about otherwise acceptable moderator behavior, but others feel differently. Hopefully this has shed some light on the process for you.

If you have a complaint with legitimate evidence then re-post it, until then this is processed. If I had a dime for all the frivolous admin abuse complaints we get I'd probably have 200 dollars by now.
