3 games, Cannot really judge him for not understanding team sending over income.
EDIT
There was no coaching whatsoever, simple demands to "send" or "don't send". I find you actually get more if you try to fully explain team sending and its benefits to them, sometimes all you get is a profanity laced response, but sometimes they listen.
