Leaving the league

Due to problems with how stuff is handled in the league, I have decided to stop playing and might come back when things have changed. Drahque has called me names 5 times already and I have yet to see one warning given to him, He has sabotaged me throughout the seasons and not one thing has been done. All I want is a public warning to him, saying to stop insulting other people and even that isn't done after 5 times of him doing that.

I wish I can say I can just stop playing with him, but now I don't even want to play with anyone who has defended him and his rude behavior. All I ever wanted was for him to change his behavior, I have put up with countless games where we end up losing and all he does after game is over is complain and blame his team.

Sorry to everyone I have pulled into this drama, and I do enjoy playing here but theres only so much I can take, and seriously its not worth it.

I don't know what you blame us for. I have withdrawn my warning for flaming against you and apologized for it. I don't mind if people have a quarrel but when the insults go too far I (or one of my fellow mods) will step in - haven't seen that.

We have punished Drahque for not drawing. My fellow mods did not find evidence of team kill.

I would suggest to not let 1 person get you like that and just enjoy the league. Drahque is just a person on the other side of the world who types on a keyboard. He shouldn't ruin your love for this game for any reason. (The same goes the other way around)

Sorry to hear of your departure with us BA. I do feel that the situations between you and drahque were handled consistently with the way we have handled all other complaints. Drahque was given a 12 hour ban as a result of "not playing within the spirit of the game" and your other complaints were looked at and taken seriously.

Enjoy your time outside of LTD - we will be here if / when you decide to return!

You guys don't understand what I'm trying to say. I didn't realize when I ignore in game that he can't hear me either, so I can agree with your decision there. From the game before and that one it just seemed like obvious team kill to me, but after learning he didn't see me type that he heals first I understood it wasn't. What pushed me to do this is that you guys have done nothing about these things Drahque has said, it hasn't even been addressed when I brought it up. He has called me "the worst loser in whole Lihl", said "yet you still cry like a baby everytime you lose", "But go ahead, and let "Mr. report all games I lose" get his right as usual", and "meaning he's just an Elo slut, lying in every opportunity he gets" and not once has it been brought up and addressed. Is this acceptable behavior in the forums? I have not heard him get a public warning for any of this, and frankly thats the reason why I'm leaving.

I played here to have fun, not to add stress to my life. I actually enjoy losing as long as I don't have someone complaining throughout the game and even when the game is over. It shouldn't be acceptable to act like drahque does every game he is losing, maybe if you mods would play with him, you'd understand why it ticks me off that you guys are defending how he is behaving

BA - We are trying our best to be as impartial as possible with all complaints. I do agree with you that some of what Drahque has said in the forum was flaming but I am not sure that it goes into the "excessive flaming" category, although it is very close. We have seen this sort of "back-and-forth" behavior before (I, myself, have said things on the forums out of anger that I regretted).

Can you post quotes of where you feel he was "excessive flaming" - I'm trying to find them myself but I do not constitute "Mr report all games" as being an excessive flame. The mods will be happy to look into this further if you believe that he has crossed the line - we just ask that you make it a little easier on us to find the exact quotes that have upset you.

In either case, we are trying our best to handle all complaints seriously and in a consistent manner.

It would be a shame to see you leave. You have proven that your game is among the best in the league and we love having you. :*(

I don't undersatnd why you find this so offensive and such a huge deal, when you aren't much better yourself. Here is several examples of you being at least as 'offensive' as me:

"I didn't know you were able to use sarcasm. I've yet to lie on these forums whereas you have lied countless times"

I'm sorry, but I just can't take it seriouse when you say the reason you quit, is that Moderators isn't taking any actions when people flame you on forums, when you flame yourself. Even one time, you went as far as calling me BIPOLAR (which you clearly had no understanding of what is), but Iiightfyre removed that post on the topic, since he told us to stop replying. You even told me that I needed to seek help from a psychiatrist / that I had some seriouse personal issues / problems etc. But I can't quote it, since it was removed.

P.S. just as a reminder, the whole reason this internal 'flame wars' started, was following game, where shr[o.o]m disconnected on level 21 and you decided to leave on lvl 22 or 23, leaving me all alone to die on 24. Tbh, I don't see no reason in turning that on me, I had no partake in you decision to leave that game, and it wasn't even me who reported the game! So please, can we leave that game behind us? Every day is a new day, we shouldn't sit in the past - but MOVE ON instead. (:

Anyways, I don't think it's a good idea to bring up another war, so I would like to move on. I know I've gone too far sometimes and as Iightfyre says, it happens to everyone sometimes - if they feel offended or is in a bad mood. I must say, that what really pushed me to the limits, is when I were blamed for something I hadn't done or at least not intended to do. This is one of the worst things I know in the world, to be blamed for something I didn't do. I know it wasn't the right thing to get my anger on you, and those would like to apologize to You.

I'd sincerly/really hope we can put this behind us, because we BOTH know that we can play VERY good together, but only when we keep our heads cold. This is also the reason we at first had 19 wins 7 losses, and still have 36 wins 24 loss, which is quite decent - and most of the loses is the games where we were mad with eachother.

If I ever hear Drahque blame me, or flame me after a loss though, I will take a screenshot and post it on here, as that is the only thing I can't stand. I'm happy to hear we can move on, and good to have you still in the league! And I understand that I need to be better at being more precise what my intentions is when I say something, since it's NEVER been my intention to blame you for a loss. The reason I summorize what WE did wrong after a game, is to learn from the mistakes.
- I'm sorry if you felt it as being directed towards you, but it was really as a note for myself, to more easily memorize my mistakes. This is a methode I also use when I study, to make information more easily accessable / remembered for the brain. So I hope you'd understand that you don't have to take it personal. It's just my way of thinking. I'll try keep it in my head in the future, but try to keep in mind that I sometimes speak with myself. ;D'

Anyways, I've laid everything that has happened between us behind me, because I know we're all human and make mistakes, and I'd also understand your actions - For example the game yesterday, where you didn't know I couldn't read what you were writing, was a huge missunderstanding. (:
