Time 23:20 The most obvious He Tp there To try to save Arc warden(wicht was being charge) and he Ult to make him invisible )
Time 24:55 No1 has even bother to check on roshan so my team went to kill it (Sb and Naix) And look at Warden going stro ro them and then Brown Tp IF that aint Maphack then i dont knwo what to say ....
time 28:40 look how he positions his hero to use arrow !! as if he can see in fog of war

I ran fcd but found no real fog clicks by mirana, it was all delayed clicks.

Not entirely, but banning people without fogclicks is generally hard. If the evidence you posted is specific enough and suspicious enough we will ban otherwise we deny the ban request.

This isn't clear enough to ban for map hacking. The actions weren't even that suspicious.

Maphack are often times very obvious to find, not subtle. Doesn't look suspicious at all, its just dota, only so much you can do before anything starts looking suspicious.

I believe he is a map hacker. I have played with him many times. He is really suspicious. Maybe you should go through some of his other games against techies or with pudge.
