Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
@Teoeo your message to Fangorn offered much comfort to him with the reassurance that the he is not guilty of Map Hack.
@Agreements if you ever land a serious ban again on Fangorn or any of my gaming mates, be sure that it is one with over whelming evidence.
And do expect my intervention of viewing your findings and beliefs.
@TakeNRun You are right when you mentioned about how a 400ms ping can greatly cause delays of up to 7 secs. With such pings, Spikes will set in and you could be on the verge of Disconnecting from the BOTs.
@EdgeofChaos
@Medicca
@aRt)Y (Btw, congrats to your promotion)
@TimmyTheTauren
- Thanks for considering this 3 secs fog click on NA to be delayed and assisted in motioning a Game Play analysis investigation.
Yondaime said "@Qtrinity - this is over I have handled it, do not pursue the fact any longer by posting complaints, i will not be amused nor shall you like the outcomes of what will occur. Believe me."
While you are Yondaime (The Self proclaimed Great Admin of ENT), I am QTriNitY (The Menace to ENT). So screw you Gay Shit for seeing multiple people in Bed!
Anyhow, a big thank you to Yondaime.
To Community Members and the other Admins who supported and kept your Faith in Fangorn, I would like to extend my gratitude to you guys for watching the replay and joined in the Struggle of this 3 day long Episode. Without your active participation, this Ban may not be resolved swifter than it could have.
Fangorn has been unbanned and my purpose back here is fulfilled.
Adiós my Friends and Bitches.

Where's the Like button? I want to give your post more likes, but I can't....!!
Edit: When can we expect to see a public apology from agreements? Considering the fact that he was 100% certain Fangorn was maphacking, and all admins as well as all players reviewing the case could spot within a short span of time that he didn't. I guess this means he will be stepping down as admin as well? Since he clearly can't spot a maphacker, and actually has the power to ban players for something that he has no clue as to wether they did or not.
That's like giving a baby a loaded gun with the safety off, and then come back surprised when it shot itself...
Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
Agreements knows he messed up.. is a public apology REALLY necessary?
Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
If the ban was admitted as false, there would be no need for consequences. Although
1. Making a totally wrong ban
2. Not being able to ADMIT this mistake, hence stating that "I'll let someone else look at it"
You seem to forget all the negativity this has lead to. The two main topics including this false maphack, has had around 1.5k views. Everyone wants to see the greatest "fall". Now I am expecting "oh, there's the maphacker" in every game, by every active player. The only reason for this, is because agreements didn't unban when the proofs of non-maphack were posted by Qtrinity. His ego affects others.
An apology wouldn't suit him, and frankly, it wouldn't be sincere. I'd much rather see this admin being removed from staff

In regards of the fact that he tried to ridicule several users and forged a mh ban on a player we all know he hates, then refused to remove it when all evidence pointed to the contrary. I can't see that it hurts him to write a public apology, or at the very least admit the he messed up. Because, this might just be my imagination, I sincerely believe that he's enjoyed all this bickering back and forth, and would gladly have kept the ban in place even though it was complete and utter bogus, if not for the intervention of several other admins. Just to spite Fangorn and the rest of us.
I'm telling you this now, cuz you'll find out sooner or later, admins like that, are toxic to a gaming environment. There's a reason you saw them kicked from staff immediately in all other major clans that has run on DotA, also game mods on LoL, HoN etc..

Seems like I've passed through a post. Now mine is useless. Can be deleted. I don't want to spam it. Sorry :/
Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
The only problem is Members came in to question and even proved the click was way off its mark. Agreements remained silence to the public even after I painted a thorough game play of Fangorn.
Never once did he offer another scenario to counter me nor temporarily lift the ban which I had pleaded.
Fangorn can always be banned at a later date when sufficient evidence is built. But Agreements maintains the ban and remains silent.
This was the part which many of us are not satisfied in his actions.

Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
The only issue I see is that @aRt)Y and other moderators should have unbanned Fangorn pending further investigation when they were unable to confirm the posted fog click. Maybe Agreements should have done the unban when they didn't.
dWFrZi5i -- 'cause I'm cool like Agreements

QTriNitY basically summed it up. Thanks for the reply, uakf.b - that course of action would indeed have prevented a lot of the drama that occurred.

@supersexyy and I had the same opinion, however I figured it was not in our best interest or jurisdiction to overrule a red.
Spoiler!
Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
So now there's a problem in the structure. Righteous folks are afraid of insubordination.
Even when some admins know something's so wrong yet they are fearful to voice out. Its a pretty sad community i guess. Imperialism.
Agreements, even when no one dares to veto you, as a matter of conduct you should have removed the ban. Tsk tsk. I never knew you were such a hypocrite.
To date, even have the cheek to refute and coach your staff on We are a Team.

Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
And now you are throwing gamers out of ENT because you are being criticized. How dare you speak such a way.
I am a donor to this server and funded tournament ( US$500 or so in total). And who are you to throw members out!
@uakf.b see this for yourself. He's not fit for staff appointment any more.

Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
Anyway instead of keep stirring things up and making this much drama you should go play on bgn some more
What a retarded statement coming from a staffmember. Insulting and bashing on a regular and great addition to this community - Qtrinity. I get that you are mad over Qtrinity proved you wrong, you aren't able to take self critizism.
Is this type of behaviour, all in all proven by the handling of my unjustified ban, accepted by the ent community?

Re: Public's View of Fangorn's Ban
Yes, as Tauren stated I was willing to unban due to the pending investigation.
Yes, Ent has made a mistake and agreed to unban @Fangorn due to the unsufficient evidence. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Further complaints should be made in the complaints forum - as for this thread and subject, there is not much more to be said here.
