@GK.. As bit said, it's a signature that he probably copied from DreathKnight. The signature only displays your IP address to you. If I look at the signature, it tells me my IP, when you look at it, it shows you your IP, and when bit looks at it, it shows his IP.
It's a stupid signature because it confuses a lot of people making it look like someone has their info when they really don't.
