Can't get my original stats to my main account.

Lately my friend and I have been playing on the same account fukonmibiatch but been using different stats. I'm teaching him DOTA as he's teaching me LOL. It was too much of a hassle making a new account and having to log off bnet and log on every game or other game so we decided to stay with one account on both and just started swapping stats so he doesn't ruin my stats on dota. Is there any possible way my original stats can be transferred back from wtphoo@entconect to fukonmibiatch@west since the swap manager is currently disable, we'll just have to go through the hassle of logging on back and forth.

At this point I'm going to say no, not until the system has been decided what it's future is going to be. Also, we don't have a "swap" option for stats, only a transfer/merge which would give you all the wins and losses of both accounts but the better ELO. For right now, stats management is on hold until further notice.

I'll leave this post open and get back to you when a decision has been made. (not sure when that will be)

Well it was just an easier solution rather than to having log on and back and forth every game or so. And my account doesn't have all the wins, I have 2 lost and rather that my k/d/a ratio isn't that great. On the other hand, the other stats are just my original friend. Like I mentioned, he's in the process of learning Dota from LOL. Honestly, I just want my original stats back on any battle.net account that way I'll be able to play online instead of having to use ENTConnect. If the case were to be on any other account besides entconnect, then I wouldn't have post it but sadly, it is therefore I'm unable to be in contact with friends online and play with them.

I don't see how it's fair to others how one person can ruin the whole management for everyone else. So yet, we now have to go through punishment for someone else's abuse? Really? Isn't ENT suppose to be a fair community? So therefore all because I was done for the night and left my friends stats on my ENTconnect account. I'm unable to play on battle.net with my friends on MY ACCOUNT because of someone else's mistake. That's completely BULLSHIT and UNFAIR if you ask me.

There's no point in making a new account or logging on to my other because it isn't necessary when this abuse wasn't my fault so nor should I be punished for it. If you ask me, my request is hardly a big hassle so I don't see why it can't just be accepted. ENT community states that it's an active and friendly community, I don't see how it's friendly if someone's abuse requires punishment and disability for the rest of us user.

It's unfair that people swap stats to abuse as well. And I told you through PM that it wasn't just one user, it looks like it was several users. Well it isn't fair to the ones that weren't abusing it to have it disabled for them. Yeah the discussion between us was quite fair but I shouldn't have to pay for one another's mistake. I have less than 30 games on it and if I wanted an account with no lost I can simply just create a new account along with my other 5 or so and do what he did. Well there's no reason for me to log onto it and play with it if it isn't my stats right? Because that's inaccurate. Is it my fault I simply used the system for a bettersolution than having to log on back and forth for every game played? No I believe tthat's a smarter solution than making that such a big hassle for my friend and I. Didn't know it was a abuse for that. I can say I'm a fair and honest player and the most I do in games is rage. I don't abuse any other rules nor have I been banned for any besides from dropping.

What's the difference in hitting the logout button, type in the new username and password and Logon button vs. minimizing wc3, logging onto the forum, going to ENT Link, going to Stats Manager, selecting both usernames, and clicking Swap Stats?

I also explained that we don't have the same tool available to us because the Stats Swap was created when the Stats Manager was. We don't have that tool on our end. I would have to Merge your stats with your "friends" and give you the better ELO. That wouldn't be accurate either.

Actually if I could chime in on this. I think it's quite fair. You see in a hero arena game I moderate, I had infernal fists and rockets banned because 2-3 people abused them and cheated the game to the point of ruining it majorly. Obviously you don't understand because you don't have to enforce any rules but if one or more people abuse the stats system then that could possibly set a precedent for more people to abuse it. You only say what you think is not fair but you're not looking at the larger picture here. It may not seem fair to you but in our minds we've had abuse and we're trying to prevent it. Nobody is insinuating that you abused anything but like I said, in my game people ruined infernal fists for everyone else and I don't see why the same precedent wouldn't apply here.

You can argue with me until you're blue in the face but in my mind I've made my point.

In my case I don't see how its an abuse for having a better solution rather than to logging back and forth every freaking game. Well before creating the system did you guys ever think of the outcome before creating it? Now I believe its the creators fault for not quite thinking it all the way through. Maybe there should be a limit to how many times you can swap/transfer a month or week. If that isn't a solution to have less abuse in the system. Then I'd have to say theres quite a good amount of IGNORANCE in this community. If I'm that ELO horny then shouldn't I just have friends troll and smurf for me since that would be a better way to go gain elo? I believe I'm correct on that part and thats the better solution to GAIN elo.

Well I think the system should of been created with more thought to it before it was established. If anything, that should be the solution as I mentioned. How the stats/transfer should be limited during a certain period of time. And that game I posted and complaint about, it's STILL an unfair, unplayable, and not quite that enjoying game. If so, then I would complain along with the other 20 games that I was lagging in.

You make a valid point about the possible fix to the system, that suggestion has already been made. However that takes time to implement.
