We finish a game ( https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=2156814 finished game, so timestamp is there so you can check chatlogs in channel also ) and we go to channel to play the next one.

We start a 3v3 game and I sign and saying I am going to wc brb.
Game is hosted then more people ask to play so we unhost to go 4s, yet they dont sign.
Game of 4s is cancelled so we can go back to original 3v3 game while Duck joins and steals a 3s spot, although he refused to sign for 4s.

Me and drahque originally signed for 1st 3v3 ( that we agreed to unhost for more players ) were left outside.

We joined as observers next game lihl98n to argue about this thing so we go 4s since we had more people, were Duck stood his ground that he doesnt plays 4s and the game should start. When drahque tried to argue ( I remind here that I've been against his arguments and behaviour all the times ) Duck threatened him to permanently unvouch him if he speaks / argues.

Furthermore while we were still talking he kept threatening also patarisnky that he will be banned if he didn't immidiately start the game.

Now there has been a past topic about people refusing to sign for a larger game then they "steal" the spot of another person who wants to play, majority was against those kind of actions, even worse when the already hosted game was just unhosted so more to join and starting players are left outside.

To add to that unfair play move, we have the ingame threats against 2 players so the moderator has his way.

I do feel that admins and moderators should always be the best of example a forum and channel has to offer so I find this behaviour unnacceptable.

I do feel a certain punishment should be imposed.

Yes this was rly bad behavior from Duck, didnt actually belive my eyes when i saw his comments. And he unvouches Pat? That's also a big joke, the hero in all this. With this abuse of power this life of lihl wont be long.

The rules are very clear.

5. DODGING
Once a game has been hosted by the bot, all players are required to play the game.
Please ensure that you have adequate time (Approx 1 hr) to play the game in its entirety before you !sign.

If you sign for a game you are obliged to play it.

game lihl98n: 6 players were signed for a 3v3 and the game was hosted. Pata was game owner. He refused to start the game when there were 2 people in channel, Ba_fail and Pyc, and 2 obs in the game, Feor and Drahque. But instead of starting the game, Pata did nothing, and Feor and Drahque flamed me for not letting them have it their way. Drahque have been warned of not causing needless drama. This was needless drama.

It can suck that another player can come online and sign right before you, but there are no reserved spots in the lihl. Everyone is equal. This game it meant you did not get a spot. That is tough luck for you.

But delaying a game by flaming a lihl admin for enforcing the rules is not the way to go about dealing with not getting a spot though.

Stop lying feor. I never threatened. I reminded drahque that he had been revouched under the absolute final condition he stir no needless drama. Causing drama when we could play both a 3v3 and a 2v2 is not within that revouch frame. I warned him of that. That is no threat.

As a mod I am under an obligation to uphold the rules. Pata did not start the game on purpose and unhosted the game without having full consent. He has been warned multiple times by multiple mods not to do this.
Pata has even been warned not to do this in the greet message in the channel! There is no excuse for breaking the rules on purpose when warned repeatedly not to.

I told him he would be unvouched if he did not start the game. He said then unvouch me and unhosted the game without full consent.

Not cool to really unvouch me and even say I dodge as I never do that and all players know it. We had 2 people sitting and waiting and could just go 4s, plus ba was only 1 in channel as PYC was sitting there for all day afk. Furthermore we did go 3s before that and unhosted so all players can play but didnt fill it, then the same people-6 agreed to unsign and go 3s and 2 were left behind. I know this is the rules but there is etiquette and morale and I could not start a game where all people except Duck didn't want to play even when signed according to the rules..

Chat logs are there to see who is lying and who is not. Drahque had barely said 5 words before you speak to him about unvouching.

I will leave the case on the rest of the mods and admins to judge.

We've talked enough times throughout this ltd community and I hope you understand that I don't have anything personal against you in the long run but I do feel your attitute and actions were wrong on this time , ending up to me complaining.

What bothered me the most was your refusal to actually talk and make a dialogue about the situation.

This is what catches my eye. If they had a 3v3 originally started however respected the fact that some others were wanting to play so they hosting one that would suit for everyone, due to the fact that the 4s game did not go as planned, the original 3v3 game was followed and those players who were initially in the first game should have ABSOLUTE PRIORITY. I feel it is every right for the players who were left out when they originally had those spots to argue about it, I would have too, and the moderator if all goes as was told should have respected that fact. Pata obviously clearly sided with Feor and Drahaque and thus refused to start the game, he is 100% absolutely right in this. As this is a league manners and respect should be the number 1 priority. I am in no way saying this and that was wrong because I am not in the LIHL so I do not entirely know how things are ran. However from a neutral perspective as I have no qualms against these two parties am not biased this is just my personal view. If things went differently then please do tell.

I was not asked to play a 4v4 prior to signing for the 3v3. They did not unhost for me. I had no intention to snipe. People log on and off in the lihl all the time, its who is on and willing to play that determines the nr of games that can be run. We were 10, enough for 2 games. A 2s and a 3s.

I finished a ba game, got a glass of water and then I signed for a 3man.

There were 10 people online. 6 signed to a hosted 3s game. 2 obs in the 3s game 2 in the channel. Enough for a 3s and a 2s, people did not get left out. The game should have been started, the drama was unecessary and uncalled for.

However though, you completely stated that you do not play 4s, perhaps they did not want to do a 2s at the time and only wanted a 3s or 4s

As a moderator as well you should be sacrificing yourself for the benefit of other players, not take it as you deserve top priority.

If though Feor and Drahaque do play 2s and are quite good at it, and had no other "friends" lets say that they were going to play with, then that is a clear counter statement.
