Unintentionally blocking is fine. However, blocking teammates just to ruin their day or get them killed from a ticking bomb is pretty much the same thing as attacking your own teammate no?

Team attack != teamkill

And blocking just matters when something really happened, like blocking at mid and ppl die. If u just troll block or w.e and nothing happens cuz titan not comming to you anyway its irrelevant.
