Ping without vision proves nothing, plenty of titans ping without vision. I myself ping without vision and as I think the titan ping to show where the builder was as he thaugh!
I also feel he soudln't be banned for pings, you would need to show us some fog clicks or some really weird incidents occuring over and over again!

These fogclicks are more than enough.


Hint: In ID if you are a noob you will judge alot of moves as suspicious while they are usually not. Its all about experience in ID, good spots, having played alot of builder/titan to predict movements.

What I basically meant was that I no idea if there's any common fog click bugs in ID.
In Dota there are certain shops, ltd there's a prophet builder bug.. Etc.

I know, I was just giving you some hints for future cases.

[spoiler=]1) Triggered building buttons (like island defense next page)
2) Building transforms (Like Panda's RC switching from builder to earth/storm/fire, or Dryad towers)
3) Basically selecting any unit on your own team that you obviously have vision of. (Mana voids, Chimaera scouts, Harpies)
4) Host spawn glitches. When host (normally red) spawns a unit like a DotA hero or ID builder, the opposing team (dire players or titan) will click glitch it.
5) Clicking a building/unit just before it disappears into fog will cause a delayed fog click. This is the most common click that gets registered in the foglog.txt and really spams it up.[/spoiler]

The reason this happens is because the shop is interacting with the builder/hunter/hero so you get vision of the building (shop). This happens also if you type -obs and there is a unit at mid like a minion or titan. The reason I didn't include this is because the replay watcher can obviously see that the player has vision of the shop.

I'll check replay later.
