Around 23 min, he insults me, felt it very offensive while i was the only guy doing good in my team + i never played with this guy before (nice to meet someone that way). so i'm report....

+ i don't see how this guy got vouched, saying aquas are good against lvl 10, like mino and some more.....

Just my 2 cents: if this is reportable then in 50% of the games someone would be reportable. Kinda overreacted imo.
