Loosing elo?

Why am I loosing elo? I havent dced in in weeks, so it cant be a dc penalty, and i cant find anything on forrum, so please fix this, this is annoying. Hard enough to remain ranked when yyour banned:P If you keep taking elo from me it will get alot harder

How can you give me triple penalty? Losing the game, getting banned, and then you imply dc penalty, when the game is pre 20, and as for rules,, the game should be drawed pre 20, and they can give me the penalty, this is just madness, I think its abit insane, that i get 35 elo penalty, and 2 days bans.
Or else nice way to encourage plug pulling

35 elo penalty happends daily when a player just dc's after lvl 20.
Concerning your case it was handled like the similar one from BA_.

Since I take this a complaint I will ask the 2 other LIHL mods look at it.

dont care. looking at the status in the league, it seems like you guys should treat all people equal, lets look at recent events, first lets look, at my case i get dc(rq), now i get loose, when they actually should have drawed, no warning to any in the game, i then get dc penalty(for what? i allready got penalty with elo lose when i left, at in the mean time it cant be for flaming i get dc penalty, i got banned for that), now lets move on in another game willie and ztx)fiji goes afk, and forces a draw after they paused the game for 15 mins, what happends when complaint? you warn the other team, for being fair and drawing the game, no penalty, no warning for the afks, no sort of punishment for afking.
Moving on to next cause, ss and ztx)fiji double builds, what punishment do they get? nothing, a new rule gets made by me raising concern of the "meta", seems like rest of the league agreed with me, and what happend to ss and fiji for double build? no warning no punishment whats so ever. Moving on, people get banned for 5 days when a.s, chuck did once, as far as i can see, same amount fiji did, now what happends to fiji? no warning no penalty.
Drahque been unvouched for 2 times permanently, and yet his snakes his way back, and when i raise my concern of his manners and disablity to grow and learn, i get called out and get pointed at as the problem, now this is a guy, who openely lied more times on the forum that all league members together..

I have nothing more to say, I uninstalled my wc3, so just unvouch me. If you cant treat people equal and fairly, then maybe you guys arent the right for this job.

None of them were afk for more than 10mins which the rules are allowing - When people playing this game agrees to draw there's nothing to punish.

They didn't double build - that's why the new rule was created hours later to stop it.

I've seen no replay where Fiji used AS on any units/creeps - only on the grass. - If you can show me a replay where he abuse AS he will also get 5 days.

Goat..this is all your fault..this is what you should´ve done instead of ragequit

1: Pause the game ( if u can, with around 300-400 hp on boss)
2: Try to kick your allies blaming they´re afk
3: Try to draw the game, if you dont get the other team to draw, then try to get it by threats, telling the enemies they will get banned and , if possible, do those threats very faithful and try to make them possible to believe they go against the lihl rules by not drawing
4: During all this time, flame as much as you can, use the word draw atleast 25 times
5: Finally in some way get almost all players to write !draw (enough to get the game drawed)
6: Once you are done with that, try to get into a new game and start swapping around allies to break the bot then unhost the game once bot is broken...

If you followed those steps instead of ragequit you would be defended and you would be all right... just a tip for next time...

1. lucky him, just encourage to pull plug, rather than i left a game with no chance to win, and penalize me with 35 elo and 2 days ban, and i even accepted my punishment, i said several time in the post psyclone made, like any of my bans and penaltys i accepted them, but then you decide to extend it with another 20 elo penalty

Both people afking without mentioning it, and then they pause with 300 hp on king, now if the other team had unpaused and got punished it would have been to bad for them, but they feared to be punished for no rule broken that they gave in, as far as i know afking without pausing and without notifying is not allowed, so that they force a draw, should be rewarded by no loose?

1. After the BA rage quit it was made very clear that there should be no FF option and people should play out the games - even if they seemed hopeless

2. Both sexyy and I agree that Drah tricked you into drawing the game - You guys should just know the rules + There is no way for us to change the ELO from that game.

number 2: Flaming, threats about gettin people banned if no draw, swapping teams to break bot then unhost game, and so on. I think there was alot of ways to make that game more fair afterwards ( read the thread for more)
This is way more offensive and abuses than madridista did in this case , the difference is this player got away with 0 lost elo, draw game, not even a real warning(even tho other players would prolly get a strong ban for all those abuses)
While this one gives 2 day ban, 30-40(??) elo lost and alot of trash here

I think we need some clear rules about this, cause I think this is unacceptable way to win, this is a discrace to the game play, since this is a pro league and rules are made so all should solo build, then this shouldnt be allowed. Anti stucking units change the games outcome and so does this, if no double builds are allowed we need some rules for building middle, I dont wanna loose any more game to this pathetic way of playing, I think we need to set some standards and have some respect for each other, they didnt deserve to win this and oyu certainly dont deserve to win when you go as low as this, delaying i can understand but this is to a certain degree that it pisses me off, this has nothing to do with legion td, this is just annother way to bug the game, like everything else we banned, I do concider this really low and pathetic. and I if this happends again ima quit this league, all the changes and all the stuff happening in the 2 last season I have dealt with and addapted to, but this is to such a degree that it becomes not about the game anymore and units, but it just become lame. if you cant win fair and straight up, you have no place in LihL

Well this thread took a turn from dealing with Goat's dc penalty to everything else.
@bit when you have time you have the final decision.

RQ's obviously should be penalized, looks like the team with leaver didn't want a draw. it's kinda their right to recieve minus elo for no reason instead of just +4 elo after the penalty. i believe that huge loss of elo on goat's acc is just a coincendence. players should not quit in the first place. we can't manage elo manually, we can just punish people, so the penalty stays.

On the other side, to prevent such things in future, we should add 1 word in rules, that Leaver=D/c'er, and if there is D/C before lvl 20, the game should be a draw, otherwise the penalty can't be applied properly.
