If leaver=draw, then Goat should not have been elo penalised.

As far as I understand the rules, at the current moment a leave = dc penalty + draw, is in the case a person accidentally goes merc. But in this case, Goat ragequit (left game = not connected) and those left his teammate to play 1v2, which is the same thing as disconnect or pull-plug.

EDIT: See part (should be the same thing when a player leaves before level 20):
"Please note that the merc player MUST leave the game first in order for the DC penalty to be applied"
"If a player DC's during a game, a DC penalty should be enforced whereas the DC'ed player will lose ELO and the remaining players will all gain ELO."

I believe if all players choose to continue, then they can continue and no elo penalties are then applied.

Would say the same.
Either the team with the leaver wants to draw and they can do a dc penalty then, or they want to keep playing but lose their right to request a dc penalty.

That makes sense, but when you leave, you should expect a minus elo and a punishment, because you can't know if players will draw or not. I can't really blame Iznogood for applying a penalty in this case. It should be an example on why players should'nt leave or pull the plug in a "lost" games.

yes i agree, make an example of a person, who hasnt been harm to this community before my ... recent weeks outburst.. that being said, i thought that was the 2 days penalty i got forleaving the game.
But I guess that this is how it goes for me;
-15 elo for lost game
-20 elo for pp/rq
2 days ban for flame

Well, I'm not sure how a disconnector knows 'if players will draw or not'.

Either way an ELO penalty has been applied as part of the punishment.

If any player DC's prior to the end of lvl 20 then it is mandatory for the remainder of the players to !draw the game immediately after the DC.

since there is nothing in rules about drawing with a rage quitter, the outcome was unknown. not sure why anyone would rq and then complain about elo penalty anyway...

Lets just remember I didnt complain about this Psyclone started all this by reporting, cause they didnt draw the game, fair enough I got the lost and 2 day ban, but suddenly after a few days I got dc penalty cause I have had my arguments with Iznogood. And first after that I complaint.

Postby Iznogood » 06 Nov 2013, 14:26[spoiler=]Madridista is unvouched 2 days for breaking the dodge rule:
- Once a game has been hosted by the bot, all players are required to play the game out (that is until one of the kings died).

- Seems like I forgot the most important in this case.

So just because he decided to RQ before lvl 20 he should recieve lesser elo penalty than post 20? I don't think so
